She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis Stahl and P. Mae Stahl (Updegraff); her siblings, Harold Stahl, Helen Hoadley (Frick) and Jane Hoff (Charles); her spouse Vernet E. Damon; her sons, Dennis Stahl Damon (Laurabeth) and Eugene E. Damon Findlay (Ann); and her grandchildren, Sydney (Will Haycook), Catharine and Walker.

Donations honoring Virginia can be made to: Findlay-Hancock Co Public Library, Howard United Methodist Church, and the City Mission of Findlay Ohio.
