She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parkins and Virginia Parkins (Jennings); and her brothers, Jerry and Terry Parkins. She is survived by: her husband Ross Breitigan; her children, Cynthia Heise (Michael) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Michelle Breitigan of Arcadia and Michael Breitigan (Laura) of Bowling Green; her siblings, Denny Parkins (Ginny) of Arlington and Connie Serin of Findlay; her sister-in-law Karen Parkins; and her grandchildren, Branden and Ethan Heise.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
