He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Moore and Delores Moore (Sling). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kellie Blattner (George) of Toledo and Jeff Moore of Ann Arbor, MI; his sisters, Bonnie Daniels (Roger) of Port Clinton and Diane Sams (Gary) of Cincinnati; and his wife Carol (Breyman). He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Due to The Covid pandemic there will be no visitation or service at this time.
