She was predeceased by: her parents, John Owens and Marjorie Owens (Diebert); her husband Jerry L. Roe, Sr.; and her siblings, Gilbert Howard, Fabia Owens and Sharon Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, Eric Roe of Arcadia, Brian Roe (Opal) of Oak Harbor and Ryan Roe of Fostoria, Ohio; her stepchildren, Jerry L. Roe, Jr. (Tonya) of Pemberville, Ohio and Sherry Elliott (David) of Newark, Ohio; her siblings, Gerald Owens of Toledo, Lamonte Owens of Fostoria, Timothy Owens of Woodville, Ohio, Leila Benefield of Martin and Teresa Okaly of Continental, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jenny Swartz, Ciera Roe, Jenna Owens, Zachary Owens, Heather, Casey and Kaylee Roe; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Wyatt, Savannah and Eleanor.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wood Haven Health Care Activity Fund in her memory.
