He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Maxwell and Betty Jane Maxwell (Kain); and his grandson Brody. He is survived by: his close friend Gemma; his wife Kelly; his children, Jodi (Steve Kiko), Roy "Duffy" (Tiffany Maxwell), Heather (Ron Scott Kurtz), Nick (Stephanie Maxwell), Melissa (Joe McClellan) and Mackenzie Rae Maxwell of Apple Creek; his grandchildren, Morgan, Bart, Bryce, Brock, Bridget, Brookelyn, Brieona, Andrew, Madison, Zoey, Chaz and Eleanor; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Addison and Bennett; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Tom Caperton of Apple Creek; his half-sister Alice Beavers of Arizona; and his sister Nancy.
