With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roseina F. Kovach of Apple Creek, Ohio, born in Dante, Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabor Farkus and Maria Farkus (Piskar); her husband Gregory Kovach; her sisters, Tresa Taylor, Ann Kovacek and Della Filsinger; her nephews, Tom Taylor and Milan Kovacek; and her niece Barb Skinner.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Schaffter (Ben) of Apple Creek, Ohio; her grandchildren, Gregory Schaffter (Laurie) of Wooster and Lisa Schaffter of Akron, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Angela Dennis (Corey) of South Carolina, Bradley Schaffter (Allyson) of Orrville, Ashley Petry (Ben) of Wooster, Alex Louis (Kaylee) of New Philadelphia, Bre Anderson (Coit) of Clinton, Blake Whitmyer of Wooster, Ohio and Madeline Whitmyer of Wooster, Ohio; her great great grandchildren, Brayden, Hanlee, Bennett, Everly Dennis, Kennedy Rose, Farrah Schaffter, Paisley and Addison Petry; her nephew William Kovacek (Linda) of Lima, Ohio; and her nieces, Connie Filsinger of North Canton and Linda Clark (Ron) of Florida.
