He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Helen Lakin of Apple Creek and Betty Adkins of West Salem. He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Auker; his children, Kayla Auker of Phoenix, Alayna Auker of Akron, Ohio and Tyler Adkins of Akron, Ohio; his brother Jason Adkins (Erin) of Apple Creek, Ohio; his nieces, Shea Adkins of Apple Creek and Rilyn Adkins of Apple Creek; his nephew Casey Adkins of Apple Creek; his great-niece Amiliana Adkins-Perez of Apple Creek; his stepsister Tina Tuttle of Wooster, Ohio; his parents, Martin Lee Adkins (Nancy) of West Salem, Ohio and Marsha J. Tuttle of Fayetteville; his stepfather Ron Tuttle of Ocala, Florida; and his grandfather Earl Adkins of West Salem. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
