He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicklaus Fahrni and Laura Fahrni (Kamph); his son Douglas B. Fahrni; and his son-in-law Brett Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Aleksich; his children, David Fahrni of Wooster and Danette Hoover of Orrville; his daughter-in-law Jody E. Fahrni of Apple Creek; his grandchildren, Stephanie Roberts (Lee) of Wooster, Molly Grassman (Will), Natasha LeGros (Miles) of Wooster, Cassandra Freeman (Cory) of Shreve, Faustin Hoover (Whitley) of Ashland and Samantha Fahrni (Alex Woody) of Orrville; his great grandchildren, Raechel, Nick, Amelia, Greg, Marlee, Abigail, Dawsyn, Lucy, Blake, Waylon, Graham and Kolten; and his brother Daniel Fahrni (Donna) of Hiram.
