He is survived by: his mother Verba Miller (Yoder) of Apple Creek; his sons, Jeremy Miller of Apple Creek and Dustin Miller (Lisa) of Shreve; and his brothers, Larry Miller (Deb), Ron Miller (late Joyce), Gary Miller (Debbie), Robert Miller (late Diana) and Brent Miller (Robin).
