She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Foutty and Virginia Foutty (Keefer); her husband William F. "Bill"; and her brothers, Rick and Danny Foutty.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Steiner (Stacy) of Troy, Kristina Mullins (Tim) of Orrville and Brandi Mooney (Jim) of Dalton; her grandchildren, Alisha (Nathan), Nicole (Josh), Lindsey (Matt), Cody, Hannah, Blake, Chloe and Cooper; her stepgrandsons, Chad (Jill) and Corey; her great grandchildren, Noah, Jackson, Henry, Titus, Quinn and Silas; her pets, Chico and Baby; and her siblings, Ray Foutty, Roy Foutty (Sandy) and Susan Taylor (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
