With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James D. Osburn of Apple Creek, Ohio, born in Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Osburn and Olivia M. Osburn (Blake); his former wife Peggy; his wife Carol A.; his sons, James, Daniel and Dennis; his stepdaughter Kimberly Morrell; his daughter-in-law Debra Osburn; his granddaughter Lisa Osburn; his son-in-law Robert Anderson; and his siblings, Nola Shonk, Mary Roberts (Billy), Isa Weber (Allen), Janice Waller, Clyde Osburn and John Osburn.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Osburn of Madison, TN, Gerald Osburn (Karen) of Orrville, Ann Marie Anderson of Barberton and Susan Seeden (Dawayne) of Barberton; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Osburn and Bob Shonk. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
