It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald F. Knapp of Apple Creek, Ohio, born in Harrisburg, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Knapp; his brother Touring Car; his former wife Donna M. Knapp; and his son-in-law Wayne Maston. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Wright; his grandsons, David, Adam and Bronson Knapp; his children, Michael Knapp (Gloria) of Wooster, Susan Maston of Green, NY, David Knapp (Melody Burleson) of Conway, SC and Bette DeBose (Michael) of Grand Rapids, MI; and his stepdaughter Shelley Adams Merriman (Alan) of Dalton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
