He is survived by: his children, Gary Swain Jr. of Apple Creek and Cassandra Anderson of Apple Creek; his mother Juanita Swain of Creston; and his siblings, Terry Swain (Donna), Gerald "Shorty" Swain (Brenda) of Akron and Shirley Tudor (David) of Wooster. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
