We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2020, at the age of 82, Charles Emmet Turner of Apple Creek, Ohio, born in Clay, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Turner and Mida Turner (Dodrill); his wife Helen Jane Devore; his son-in-law Gary Fisher; and his siblings, Marita Anderson and Ray Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Croskey Fisher of Kettering and Chuck Turner of Falcon, CO; his grandson Robert "Chris" Croskey of Kettering; his great grandchild Christopher Croskey of Kettering; and his siblings, Roger Turner (Lorraine), Charlotte Chandler (Gene), Ann Whinery (Dave) of Lodi and Sue Turner of Medina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
