He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Feeney (Davis) and Eugene Phillips; his wife Sylvia; his daughter Sandra; and his grandson Cody.

He is survived by: his son David Phillips (Christy); and his siblings, Shane Phillips (Laura) and Elaine Smith (James). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; & 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Paulding County Nurses Auxiliary.
