She is survived by: her mother Sandra Clay of Greencastle, Ind; her son Nicholas Foreman of Van Wert, Ohio; and her siblings, Kellie Romer (Marty) of Greencastle, Ind. and Kerry Kuether (Barb) of Minster, Ohio. She is also survived by five nieces; and one nephew.
