Platt of Hicksville, Ohio; her children, DJ Turk (Jessica) of Fort Wayne, Daniel Turk (Alexis) of Dupont and Alison Turk (Johnny Rose) of Antwerp, Ohio; and her sister Tracey Platt of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
