She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Neu (Dean) and William Neu; her brothers, David and Lee Neu; and her granddaughter Bethany Reinhart.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Reinhart (Jim), Paul Bailey Jr. and Joseph Bailey; and her siblings, Joy Neu of Deltona, FL, Mary Smilth (Ron) of London, OH and Frank Neu (Karen) of Union City, OH. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; & 1 great grandchild.
