He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Figert (Bowen) and Chester Figert; and his sisters, Patsy Blankenship, Donna Flagg and Linda Meyers.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred (Bodeker); his children, Mark Figert (Jeanette), Scott Figert (Yuridia) and Tami Brenneke (Dennis Bultemeier); his brothers, Robert and Richard Figert; and his grandchildren, Justin, Andrew, Jared, Melissa, Logan, Kylee and Alex. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Dooley Funeral Home (202 E River St, Antwerp, OH 45813). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
