He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Bradley); his mother Carol Ann Woodard (Siebert); his children, Chad Franklin, Brad Franklin (Lindsey), Danielle Stinehelfer (Andy), Robert Woodard, Tara Woodard, Adam Miller (Stacey) and Travis Woodard; his sisters, Kathy White and Patty Woodard; his grandchildren, Chole Franklin, Summer Jo Franklin, Tucker Franklin, Raeley Franklin, Reese Franklin, Brelynn Woodard and Robbie Woodard; and his pets, Ebony, Bella Rose, Winston and Ollie.
