He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Harmon Hetrick and Golda Mae Hetrick (Starry); his wife Jean Headley; and his brother Luther Hetrick. He is survived by: his children, Max Hetrick Jr. (Judy) of Plainfield, IN, Steve Hetrick of Indianapolis, IN and Julie Hetrick of Indianapolis, IN; his stepchildren, Shanna M. Story of Argos, Cynthia A. Boener (Mike) of Argos and Lisa L. Botto (Joseph) of Plymouth; and his sisters, Mary Plum of Ohio and Ann Sprow (Larry) of Ohio. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
