She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Nick; her former spouse Jan; her children, Cindy Deming (Todd) and Chris Walters (Melinda); her sister Martha Sidenbender (Jon); her sisters-in-law, Virginia Wendel and JoAnn Shaffer; her brothers, Glenn (Donna), Robert, Thurman, Basil (Wilma), Leland (Pauline), Don (Norma), Charles (Pat) and Leo "Butch" Shaffer; and her parents, Leo George and Velma Edna Shaffer Born (Hisey). She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren.
