With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Walk (Antwerp, Ohio), born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Walk (Kohout) and John Walk; and his grandson Bo Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Daeger); his children, Robin Chamberlain (Jay) of Antwerp and Eric (LeaAnn) of Antwerp; his brothers, Ted of Sherwood and John Walk of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Shaile, Jayla, Luke Chamberlain, Zack and Loni Walk; and his pet Princess.
