It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Chambers of Antwerp, Ohio, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Chambers (Graham) and Harley Chambers; and her brother Randy Chambers. She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Chambers of New Haven, IN, Rose Cummings (Dan) of New Haven, IN and Vernon Chambers of Comanche, OK. She is also survived by her 5 nieces and nephews.
