George Underwood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2023, at the age of 90, George Underwood of Antwerp, Ohio, born in Payne, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Underwood (Bradford) and Roy Underwood; his wife Marjorie (Hobeck); his stepmother Louise (Bumpus); his sons, Dr. Daniel and Stanley Underwood; and his siblings, Dorothy Baker, Kenneth Underwood, Mary Barnell and Robert Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Royce Underwood (Carolyn) and Connie Sampson (Scott); his daughters-in-law, Mary Lou and Jaci Underwood; and his sisters, Ruth Shoemaker, Betty Smazenko and Janet Adams. He is also survived by 11 grand children; 20 great grandchildren.
Memorials are to the church & to the Antwerp Manor Activities Fund.
