Evelyn Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Phillips (Antwerp, Ohio), born in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Gordon and Georgia Gordon (Poth). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Nern (Keith) and Dean Phillips (Elaine); her grandsons, Lucas and Jacob Zeigler (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Nora, Georgia and Benjamin; and her brother Richard M. Gordon (Janet). She is also survived by several foster children but her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Crippled Children and Adults Society or CHP Hospice.
