She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Edwards (Lehman) and William Kuhn; her husbands, Ora and Martin Bessette; and her sisters, Rosemary Sanborn and Sharon Turner.
She is survived by: her son Bob Cross (Marsha) of Antwerp; her grandchildren, Leslie and Nathan; her daughter Mary Brown of Antwerp; her grandchildren, Mindi, Chris, Kim and Elizabeth; her children, Kathy Lee (Tony) of Greensboro, NC, Jerrid, Kasey, Jimmy, Scott Cross (Janis) of Springboro, OH, Nick, Cameron, Ken Cross (Carolyn) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Katie, Kendra, Jami, Amanda, Aimee, Julie Reece (Roger) of Fort Wayne, IN, Rob, Abby and Wesley; her brother Charlie Edwards (Carol) of Defiance; and her grandfather Ora. She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren.
