She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee and Marie Hathaway (Sentman); and her sister Becky Minnich. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" McConnell; her children, Dawn Woodruff (Eric Berard) of Greenville, Dena Geesaman (Jason) of Greenville and Shon McConnell (Melanie Besecker) of Ohio City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Austin, Savanna, Mercedes, Denay, Catherine, Cassaundra and Coy; her great grandchildren, Silas, Ember and Jordyn; and her sister Moleta Mikesell of Greenville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
