He is survived by: his wife Diane Birt; his children, Bryan Birt (Jeannie Slyder) and Julie Hart (Steven); his siblings, Wanda Young, Terry Birt (Neva) and Jim Wight (Jan); and his grandchildren, Alexis Birt (Issac Charles), Mitchell Birt, Chase Hart and Samantha Hart.
