He is survived by: his sister Susan Jenkins (Young); his children, Maggie Jenkins, Tony Gilbert, Russell Jenkins and Kristen Jenkins; his parents, John Jenkins and Sue Jenkins; his grandchildren, Hunter Gilbert, Chevy Gilbert, Faith Carr, Grayson Carr, Phillip Grise and Russell Jenkins, Jr.; and his brother James Jenkins.
