She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Blank (Lee) of Wapakoneta, Sharon Taylor of Greenville, Lisa Miller (Dave) of Bradford and Monte Nelson of Union City; her grandchildren, Stephen Amick (Mary), Sara Dynes, Rich Thompson (Hollie), Emily Miller, Craig Nelson (Kayleigh) and Kyle Nelson (Kaelee); and her children, Elijah Amick, Dylan Thompson, Ashton Inman and Nylah Nelson.
