He was predeceased by: his sister Marcella Finnell. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Burns (Samson); his children, Kathryn Hiatt of Union City, Scott Burns, Heidi Burns of Arlington, Lori Rammel (Poling) and Andy Rammel of Arcanum; his grandchildren, Joseph Burns, Spencer Burns, Hannah Rammel, Paul Rammel and Ally Schroeder; his sister Miriam Holler of Troy; his brother-in-law Dale Holler of Troy; and also, Chester Burns, Diana Burns of Arcanum, Robert Burns, Shirley Burns of Union City, Wayne Burns and Judy Burns of Greenville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
