He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Becker and Luella (Kennedy); his wife Janet; his daughter Catherine; his siblings, Barbara Echemann and William Becker; his siblings-in-law, Robert Clune, Donald Klikovits, Stella Klikovits, Rosalia Schmitmeyer (Alfred) and Susan Becker; and his nieces, Carol Becker and Ann Lazlauo.
He is survived by: his children, Sonia Buehler (Richard "Buck") of Anna, Michael Becker of Jenson Beach, Rita Schemmel (Anthony "Tony") of Anna, Raphael Becker (Sue) of Findlay, Patti Warren (Steven) of Greenville, Ted Becker (Jana) of Sidney, Bonnie Alspaugh (Robert "Bert") of Anna, Yumiko Hayashi (Kurita) and Joop Wijers; his siblings, David and Susan Clune; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Becker and Raphael Echemann. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
