She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Howell and Thelma Howell (Nichols). She is survived by: her husband Roland Starrett; her children, Diane Smart (Ted) of Anna, Shari Francis (Steve) of Germantown, TN and Darren Starrett (Kim) of Piqua; her brothers, Jim Howell (Richie) of Piqua and Max Howell of Sidney; and her sister-in-law Jean Evans of Sidney. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
