He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert White and Mary Emma White; his son Jeffrey White (Marcia); and his stepson Jamar Tate. He is survived by: his wife Anna H. White; his children, Norma of Lexington, KY., John of Lexington, KY., Don White (Kim) of Lexington, KY., Mark A. Johnson of Lexington, KY. and Jennelle White of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Daisy A. Simms (Austin J.); his nephews, Darren Simms of Cincinnati, OH and Darryl Simms (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Breanna, Emma McKayla, Rashad, Holly, Derek, Nieko and Raymond. He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces, great-grandchildren and cousins.

Because of Covid-19 CDC regulations, funeral will also be on live stream.
