She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Heiland and Elizabeth Heiland (Christman); her husband Robert William Frilling; and her brother Ralph Heiland. She is survived by: her daughters, Crissy Broerman (Randy) of Ft. Loramie and Heidi Beam (Bill) of Anna; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Ethan Broerman, Carter and Celeste Beam.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, Judy's family has decided to hold a Private Service.
