He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Weaver, Sr. and Alice R. Hilderbrand Weaver; his brothers, Ralph Weaver and Rick Weaver; and his granddaughter Lauren Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Hudkins Weaver (Ann); his daughters, Ellen Weaver (Jim Butts), Jane Marshall (Rick) and Peggy Weaver; his grandchildren, Kathy Vancil-Coleman (Allison), Sarah Wheeler (Anthony), Candice Fischer (Michael Lawson) and John Marshall; and his great grandchildren, Kendra Walker, Zoey Wheeler, Joel Wheeler, Ella Wheeler, Kohenn Lawson and Baby Wheeler.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations are made to Church of the Cross United Methodist, 3121 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio 45429, and Mad River Lions Club, PO Box 31682, Dayton, Ohio 45437.
