He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bertsch and Dorothy Bertsch (Helmlinger). He is survived by: his wife Sara Jones; and his sons, Jeffery Bertsch (Vickie) of Anna, John Bertsch of Sidney, Steven Bertsch (Lois) of Sidney and Scott Bertsch (Tiffany) of Anna. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
