He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hines and Christina Hines (Allen); his son Tom Hines; and his siblings, Nancy Davis, Janice Temple (Carroll), Dick and Tony Hines.
He is survived by: his child Christian; his wife Anna Mae Hines (Grose); his children, Jackie Johnson (Russell) of Lewisburg, KY, Sandy Sharp (Donald) of Prospect and Tim Hines (Sheila) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Jeremy Young (Shannon), Jennifer Sharp, Laura Sharp, Audra Garwood (Charley), Nate Hines, Mariah Hines and Noah Hines; his great grandchild Tommy Young; his stepgrandchildren, Daymon Johnson (Dana) and Danny Johnson; his siblings, Jim Hines (Rita) of Hilliard and Diane Hines of Richwood; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Davis, Miriam Hines and Kathy Hines. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bible Baptist Church Building Fund or Vitas Hospice in care of the funeral home.
