He was predeceased by: his parents, August Riethman and Elizabeth Riethman (Tuente) of Anna; his wife Elizabeth Baker; and his granddaughter Michelle Riethman. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Osborne of Shelby County, Christine Riethman of Shelby County and Tim Riethman of Shelby County; his grandchildren, Stephanie Osborne and John Riethman; his parents-in-law, Helen Wesbecher, Mary Ann Wenning (Ralph), Bernadetta Schulze (Linus), Aloys Riethman, Norbert Riethman and Linus Riethman; his sister-in-law Adeline Riethman; and his parents-in-law, Mary Riethman and Julietta Riethman.
The family would like memorial contributions in Homer's memory to be made to Sacred Heart Church in McCartyville.
