Charles Sayre Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Sayre (Anna, Ohio), born in Saratoga, Indiana, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sayre and Mary Sayre (Harris); his daughter Susan Fleckenstein; and his grandchildren, Joseph Fleckenstein, Cathleen Fleckenstein and McKinnley Pulfer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Walk; his children, Charles Anthony Sayre of Sidney, David Wayne Sayre (Angela) of Sidney, Abbie Bodenmiller (Doug) of Greenville, Nathan WIlliam Sayre (Maya) of Piqua, Linda Irwin (Tim) of Blanchester and Bethany Pulfer of Hamilton; his son-in-law Rick Fleckenstein; his grandchildren, Allison Powers, Katelyn Fleckenstein, Mike Stephens, Catherine Meiring, Thersa Hardin, Kyle Sayre, Brittany Grumelot, Alexsander Meiring, Samantha Sayre, Cassandra Sayre, Jubilee Moore, Grace Irwin, Abbey Irwin, Madelyn Pulfer, Malachi Pulfer, Ethan Pulfer and Cory Pulfer; and his siblings, Bob, Annabelle, Jack, Thelma, Marjorie and Jean-Anne. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
