Garrett (Felicia) of Portsmouth, VA, Terry Garrett (Karhonda) of Dayton and Allen McKenley Aaron Burney of Dayton; and his siblings, Jackie Nelson, Dara L. Debraux, Shirl Ogle (Lex), Anna Marie Hill, Ruth Michelle "Ruthie" Whitney, Robert L. Burney (Sharon) of Dayton, Pastor Thurman Dewey Burney (Yolanda) of Dayton and Bernard Burney (Tracey) of Dayton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, special daughters, many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
