He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R. and Mary E. Llewellyn (McDonough); his sister Patricia Amick; his stepson Jeff Dickson; and his grandson Jeffrey Dickson.
He is survived by: his wife Noreen Llewellyn; and his children, Lewis R. Llewellyn, Shannon Clark and Sarah Sanborn. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandchild.
