He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelby Lee Urchek; and his grandparents, Martin P. Urchek, Sr., Mary Urchek, Frank and Dorothy Fall.
He is survived by: his parents, John Urchek and Janice Urchek (Fall) of Johnston, Ohio; his wife Sharla M. Urchek of Andover; his children, Sarah M. Urchek of Honolulu, Hawaii and Steven Urchek, Jr. of Andover; and his sister Melissa Foldesi (Les) of North Royalton.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
