He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Otto and Alberta Otto (Hubbard); and his sister Rosalee Drnek. He is survived by: his children, Richard Otto, Jr. (Mel) of Fountain Inn, SC, Cheryl Csulik (Cliff) of St. Petersburg, FL, Pamela Magill (Patrick) of Spring Hill, FL, Theresa Woolley (Thomas) of Canfield, OH and Erica Hayford (Dan) of Andover, OH; and his siblings, Russell Otto of Bradenton, FL, Raymond Otto of California and Reba Markley of Orwell, OH.. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
