She is survived by: her spouse Willam Bay; her daughters, Christine Champlin (AI) and Kimberly McSkimming (Michael); her grandchildren, Joshua Bay (Lillie), Harley Milbrandt (Heather), Justin Bay, Brandon Milbrandt (Leilany), Rebecca Legare, Teddy Milbrandt (Misty), Tommy Champlin (Alysa), Sandra Tuttle, Hannah McSkimming and Gabriella McSkimming; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Naomi, Emmalynn Milbrandt, Alaina Legare, Liam Milbrandt-Pagan, Penelope, Parker Milbrandt, Jasmine Akens, Peyton Milbrandt, Kian Milbrandt-Pagan and Oliva Legare; and her siblings, Timothy Joy (Martha), Kimberly Eagle (Brian), Randal Joy (Donna), Jonathon Joy (Michelle) and Shane Joy (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
