He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Crissman and Verdie Crissman (Akins); his wife Glee Y. Crissman (Lemmon); his son Thomas Crissman; and his siblings, Allen Crissman, Phyllis Bish and Nancy Gray.

He is survived by: his son Robert Crissman of Polk; his sister Loretta Kepple; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Crissman of Clintonville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
