She is survived by: her children, Franklin E. Lacy, Jr. of Appleton, WI, Belinda R. Murton (John) of Jefferson, OH, Timothy S. Lacy (Crys) of Andover, OH, Allison L. Lacy of Andover and Deborah A. Stanley of Williamsfield, OH; her son-in-law Richard Canter of Luttrell, TN; her brother Thomas Cole of Smithers, WV; and her aunt Toddy Weese of Gauley Bridge, WV. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
