He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kirby and Lona Kirby (Koon); his sons, Kevin Scott Kirby and Andrew James Kirby; and his siblings, Lillie Mathe, Georgia Robinson, Flossie Tarr, Louise Rhoades, Genevieve Zickafoose, Evangeline Abbott, Albert Kirby, Gerald Kirby, Freddie Kirby and Gene Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberley Kirby of Andover, Ohio; his children, Kayla Feydo (Zach) of Warren, Ohio, Cecil Kirby (Janine) of Dorset and Steven Kirby of Andover, Ohio; his stepdaughter Molli Simcox (Bill) of Boardman, Ohio; his grandchildren, Andrew Kirby, Clayton Kirby, Joshua Kirby, Savannah Kirby, Erin Hayes, Amanda Arthur, Heath Kirby, Ryan Kirby, Rebecca Kirby, Klay Feydo and Keagan Feydo; and his sisters, Joanne Bryner (Sheldon) of Rome, Carolyn Hudson (Richard) of Bradenton and Marilyn Maze of Copperas Cove, Texas.. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
