He is survived by: his children, Stacy Eppes and Chad Tomasik; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn and Aven Eppes; his siblings, Gary Tomasik (Lynn), Tom Tomasik and Linda Crouse (Ron); his nieces and nephews, Ron Crouse (Cassandra) and Courtney Hardman (Tom); and his great-nephew Cole Crouse.
